Farutex & Lorien Culinary Academy

Culinary Academy was another task done by the architects from mode:lina architekci studio. The main aim was to create a restaurant, where guests can observe the preparation of their meals while waiting. That's why the chef's presence became the main theme. The colors that were used refer to the shades of fire. Red elements are in the center space, closest to the chef and they turn into yellow while receding from him. Character of this interior is also created with chalkboards and raw wooden planks.

Akademia Kulinarna dla firmy Farutex to kolejny projekt, jakim zajęli się architekci z pracowni mode:lina architekci. Założeniem było stworzenie restauracji, w której goście będą mogli obserwować przygotowanie ich posiłków, dlatego obecność kucharza stała się motywem przewodnim. Zastosowane kolory nawiązują do barw ognia. Czerwone blaty znajdują się w centrum, najbliżej kucharza i przechodzą w żółte wraz z oddalaniem się od niego. Klimat tworzą także kredowe tablice i surowe deski.
